What’s Included

1. Initial Consultation + Assessment

A 45 minute deep-dive to understand:

  • your event timeline

  • training history

  • strengths + limiters

  • available weekly training time

  • terrain, gear, and environmental constraints

  • any relevant injury or life patterns

This creates the foundation for a plan that actually fits your life.

2. Custom-Built Training Plan (4 weeks included, 4–26 weeks possible)

Your plan is entirely purpose-built and includes:

  • A progressive training structure tailored to your current ability

  • Race- or event-specific intensity + volume development

  • Strength, conditioning, and recovery recommendations

  • Long-range architecture: how the training block evolves

  • Key sessions labeled with intent + execution notes

  • Pacing or effort guidance (RPE / HR / power / pace depending on athlete)

This is not a template. It’s your plan, built for your physiology, your constraints, and your goals.

3. One Round of Adjustments After Delivery

After you begin training, you send initial feedback:

  • “This feels too heavy / too light / too complex / perfect”

  • updated travel or life constraints

  • early injury or irritation signals

  • new clarity on your goal

You’ll receive:

  • a full plan revision addressing your notes

  • updated progression if necessary

  • refined guidance when needed

This ensures the plan fits real life, not just the ideal version of it.

4. Follow-Up Q&A for Clarity

After receiving your revised plan, you can ask questions via email or opt for a short (15–20 min) call:

  • how to adapt key sessions

  • what to do when life gets chaotic
