2. Custom-Built Training Plan (4 weeks included plus $25 / week to desired amount; 8-26 weeks typical)
Your plan is entirely purpose-built and includes:
A progressive training structure tailored to your current ability
Race- or event-specific intensity + volume development
Strength, conditioning, and recovery all included
Long-range architecture: how the training block evolves
Key sessions labeled with intent + execution notes
Pacing or effort guidance (EI / Pace / Power / RPE depending on athlete)
This is not a template.
It’s your plan, built for your physiology, your constraints, and your goals.
3. One Round of Adjustments After Delivery
After you begin training, you send initial feedback:
“This feels too heavy / too light / too complex / perfect”
updated travel or life constraints
early injury or irritation signals
new clarity on your goal
You’ll receive:
a full plan revision addressing your notes
updated progression if necessary
refined guidance when needed
This ensures the plan fits real life, not just the ideal version of it.

After receiving your revised plan, you can ask questions via email or opt for a short (15–20 min) call:
